Hiba is a youth development facilitator with a passion for building transformative learning spaces for youth and adolescents. A graduate of St. Stephen’s College and Jamia Millia Islamia (Conflict Analysis & Peacebuilding), she has led reflective and transformative journeys for students in Delhi and also from the University of Washington and Macquarie University, Australia.
Hiba works at the intersection of experiential learning, feminist pedagogy, and peace education. At Roots, she brings deep presence, empathy, and rigor to adolescent well-being and SEL interventions.

Hiba brings a strong academic foundation in Conflict Analysis and Peacebuilding from St. Stephen’s College and Jamia Millia Islamia, along with a deep commitment to transformative education. As a youth development facilitator, she contributes to experiential learning, feminist pedagogy, and peace education with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
